The Agape Child Care School was established by Voluntary Human Care Foundation to provide deprived children of Dintigi and Namori a community initiative school. These are twin villages located in the North-East of Nalerigu in the East Mamprusi District in the Northern Region of Ghana. These are communities stippled by hardships, they have no electricity, no clean drinking water, toilet facilities among others. The people of these twin communities are peasant farmers and solely depend on their farm produce for their livelihood. About 75% of households cannot sustain themselves through out the year, especially during the farming season, when they are normally sow nearly all the produce they have gotten the previous year.
